1. Easy Breezy Scarf

The Easy Breezy Scarf is a super beginner friendly crochet scarf pattern! It uses one basic crochet stitch, the half double crochet stitch, worked in back and forth rows.

You can easily customize the length and width to be any size, and you can leave it as a long, straight scarf, or sew the ends together to be an infinity scarf or cowl!

This is a great mindless project. Make one for yourself, kids, or friends or family! Perfect for bundling up in the winter!

I used one Caron Big Cake in the color Cookie Crumble for my white/grey/black Easy Breezy Scarf shown in the picture. You can sub for any medium 4 weight yarn though!

2. Easy Breezy Super Chunky Beanie

The Easy Breezy Super Chunky Beanie is 1 out of 6 Easy Breezy Beanie patterns that I have! I have 3 regular beanies that use different yarn weights (medium, bulk, and super bulky), and then 3 bun beanie versions of each of those! I think any of these beanies are great for winter but let’s specifically talk about the Easy Breezy Super Chunky Beanie.

This super chunky beanie uses super bulky 6 weight yarn so not only does it work up QUICK it’s also really warm and cozy!

I used Lion Brand Yarn Wool Ease Thick and Quick in the color Fisherman. You only need about 1 skein for the large size.

Difficulty: Beginner

3. Country Cottage Headband

The Country Cottage Headband is double thick, making it super warm and cozy! It features post stitches to create a beautiful texture! It may look complicated but this is an easy pattern hat works up quick! It’s perfect for cold weather and can be made in multiple sizes for babies, kids, and adults!

I used Yarn Bee Soft and Sleek in the color Mustard and Tobacco, but you can use any medium (4) weight yarn.

Difficulty: Easy / Advanced Beginner

4. Country Cottage Cowl

The Country Cottage Cowl features the same amazing stitches and textures as the headband, making them a great set! The cowl is a single layer thick and can be made in multiple sizes.

This crochet cowl is a perfect layering piece for cold weather and it’s a great mindless project to work on! Plus you can customize the length and width to be perfect for you!

I used Big Twist Value in the color mustard.

Difficulty: Easy / Advanced Beginner

5. Brecken Bag

The Brecken Bag is a cute, crochet tote bag! I use mine as a library bag and project bag, but you can use it for anything!

It uses 1 easy basic crochet stitch, the half double crochet stitch, and features a fun striped design.

The Brecken Bag uses a bulky 5 weight yarn so it works up quick! I used Lion Brand Yarn Hue + Me in the colors Mustard, Werewolf, and Salt.

Difficulty: Beginner

6. Farmhouse Pot Holder

The Farmhouse Pot Holder works up in less than 15 minutes! It uses 2 basic crochet stitches to create a beautiful texture! It’s a great quick project that anyone can use in their home.

This crochet pot holder uses 2 strands of medium 4 weight cotton yarn held together. I used Lily Sugar n Cream in the color teal.

7. Farmhouse Coaster

The Farmhouse Coaster is another super quick pattern! Make an individual coaster or make a set!

The pattern also includes instructions to make a solid colored coaster or a 2 toned coaster.

The Farmhouse Coaster uses medium 4 weight cotton yarn. I used I Love This Cotton in the colors Dove and Pewter.

8. Farmhouse Dish Set

The Farmhouse Dish Set is one of my most popular patterns! It includes 3 patterns for a dishcloth, dish towel, and hanging towel!

These are perfect for making for your own home or giving as gifts! I love making these when I don’t know what else to make and I just want a quick, mindless project to work on while watching TV.

The Farmhouse Dish Set uses medium 4 weight cotton yarn. I used I Love This Cotton in the colors pewter, dove, and antique gold.

9. Farmhouse Blanket

The Farmhouse Blanket is not a quick project but it is a relaxing one to make, I think so at least. It alternates between 2 basic crochet stitches so it’s a project that you can mindlessly work on over time.

Customize the size to be any length or width and use as many or few colors as you’d like!

The Bonfire Blanket is a cozy and warm crochet blanket. It features 2 different textured stripes, multiple colors, and twisted fringe ends. It uses easy crochet stitches and the size can be customized.

The Bonfire Blanket uses medium 4 weight yarn. I used a mix of brands a colors: Yarn Bee Soft & Sleek in the colors Linen and Dark Heather Gray, and I Love This Yarn in the colors Antique Teal, Terra Cotta, and Brown
