5 Crochet Patterns to Make in April

1. Loopy Coaster

The Loopy Coaster is cute crochet coaster pattern that features a checkered design!

It uses a crochet stitch which has a loose loop on the front, here the name Loopy Coaster!

This pattern works up quick and easy, and is perfect for making for your own home, giving as gifts, or selling at craft markets!

The Loopy Coaster using medium 4 weight cotton yarn. I used WeCrochet/KnitPicks Dishie in the colors Swan, Butterscotch, and Inlet.

2. Checkered Basket

These Checkered Baskets are perfect for Easter baskets!

This crochet basket pattern includes 3 sizes and can be used for Easter treats, knick knacks, small balls of yarn, even plant pots!

They make for perfect, handmade decor pieces that are cite and functional!

The Checkered Basket crochet pattern uses super bulky 6 weight yarn. I used Lion Brand Yarn Wool Ease Thick and Quick. This super thick yarn makes a sturdy and stiff basket!

I used 2 contrasting colors for my checker pattern but you can use only 1 color if you’d like to make a solid colored basket!

3. Skinny Picot Headband

The Skinny Picot Headband is the perfect crochet accessory for Spring and Summer!

It looks cute and is great for keeping your hair back.

It features the single picot crochet stitch and a bowtie, front closure.

This easy crochet headband works up QUICK and includes 8 sizes for babies, kids, and adults!

This pattern uses medium 4 weight yarn. I used Lion Brand Yarn Color Theory.

4. Carrot

This cute crochet carrot would be the perfect addition to your kids Easter basket!

Make it with or without the face and use it as a play food toy or even for Spring home decor!

The crochet carrot uses medium 4 weight yarn but you can try using other yarn weights to get different sized carrots!

Lemons are a great sign of Spring! Make these for kids toys or even home decor!

This crochet lemon works up super fast and is really easy!
